New and Proposed Routes 🆕

Sun Country Airlines (SY) will add 2x weekly service from Tulsa, Okla. (TUL) to Cancun (CUN) and Minneapolis (MSP) on May 21.

Etihad Airways (EY) will now begin its new 4x weekly route from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Charlotte (CLT) on March 23. This Boeing 787-9 sector was originally set to debut on May 4.

Royal Air Maroc (AT) will begin a 3x weekly flight from Casablanca (CMN) to St. Petersburg, Russia (LED) on January 20. This route will be operated by Boeing 737-800 equipment.

WestJet (WS) is converting four weekly seasonal routes into year-round service:

  • Calgary (YYC) to Guadalajara (GDL) and Mazatlan (MZT)

  • Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (POP)

  • Winnipeg (YWG) to Cancun (CUN)

Brussels Airlines (SN) has scheduled a 2x weekly Airbus A330-300 flight from Brussels (BRU) to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (JRO), with the return stopping in Nairobi, Kenya (NBO) before concluding back in Brussels. Flights begin on June 3.

South Korea’s Parata Air (WE) has scheduled five international routes from its Seoul Incheon (ICN) base:

  • 4x weekly to Cam Ranh, Vietnam (CXR) from December 3

  • Daily to Da Nang, Vietnam (DAD) from November 24

  • Daily to Osaka Kansai (KIX) from December 1

  • 4x weekly to Phu Quoc, Vietnam (PQC) from November 26

  • 12x weekly to Tokyo Narita (NRT) from November 24.

  • Cam Ranh and Osaka flights will be operated by Airbus A320 equipment while the other three see an Airbus A330-200 rostered.

Delta announced a new long-haul route from Atlanta to Riyadh, while United unveiled seven new daily flights from Chicago O’Hare. Air Canada is adding U.S. service from Toronto Island with new CBP Preclearance, and Qatar revealed its special F1-themed Boeing 777-300ER.
